Instead of pictures of shoes on buses, have animals etc.
Looking at animals makes people happy. Maybe if they swapped advertisements for animal or human baby pictures. People would smile more.

billboards definitely have an impact on people.
our shelter had one up for about 6 months (created, sponsored & paid for by the ASPCA)…it showed about 15 dogs in cages, all looking very sad, with the tagline, "fix them or kill them, it’s your choice." some people called to complain about how bad the boards were…but there was no getting around the fact that our adoption rates went up almost 25% during that time. giant signs attract attention.
so, if i had to choose between a billboard with a car on it or a billboard with puppies tumbling about in the grass, i’d go for the pups every time.

pay attention to other people’s pictures, and once you see one, save it, and mimic it.
You can also search photobucket or flicker and search cute, or posing, or myspace. you’ll find something you like.

This morning I found worms that one of my rescued cats had thrown up. I’m trying to identify it before calling the vet. Does anyone know of a good web site with pictures of cat worms?
You can also call your vet and just describe the worm to them. Basically if it looks like spaghetti it is a roundworm, and if it looks like rice or a sesame seed it is a tapeworm.

Well there is only one real place that has those pictures and that would be NASA. So I went over there real quick and did some reading and I am giving you the link so that you can also read it and you will find that you can use their images as long as you do it right.

My kids went to a wedding where lots of pictures were being taken. 3 years later I found them on an my space picture. The picture was clean and decent, no harm done, but I don’t partically want there faces on the my space web. Is that illegal to do that without my permission. Event though the pictures were taken at a public event.
No, it isn’t illegal. What kind of law would that be? If you’re a minor you need your parent’s permisson to put up a picture of yourself? Half the teenage population would be criminals, then. And don’t worry so much. No one can find anyone based on their picture. If you’re not comfortable with it, ask them to put their profiles on private and take that off default. MySpace can be perfectly safe because of all the privacy settings you can make. But those are settings, and it’s just as easy to give out a ton of information.
I have a online clothing website and wants to use celebrity pictures as a reference, what is the best way to do it without getting my ass sued?
Draw/trace them yourself in photoshop or illustrator using the pen tool.
If you want to personalize it even more do it freehand using a Wacom tablet.
