It only took a couple of visits from them and she stopped. A restraining order will help also! Here's what you do. The next time it happens, tell the AC officer you would like to file a police report on the neighbor. Ask the AC officer if they have time to wait while you phone the police, most will be happy to help. Call the police. When they come out explain the situation and have the AC officer verify the number of times AC has been out and that all their reports say the dog if fine. You can probably press charges on the neighbor. The neighbor is probably just annoyed that you have a dog and trying to get you in trouble so you have to get rid of it. Sorry this is happening. Maybe they think you leave your dog out to long, or maybe not enough walks, who knows. But you are going to have a talk with him/her. Start of by telling them that you DO take care of your dog, and that just because they think otherwise makes no difference. Ask them to patrol the area a little more at least. Maybe even set up a video camera so you can catch him on tape, if he trys to do that again.
