As far as your second half of the question. Dont define things as being "cool" What makes someone cool is being able to be comfortabe being yourself. Dont try so hard on "cool" and it will all come naturally! And if the clothes look good on you, girls will not be looking at the lion on your shirt, they will be looking at you

Because they want to fit in with american eagle and aberzombie oh i mean abercrombie.

Why do you care if it’s cool or not that’s really lame. Wear the clothes that you like, who cares what other people think.

just for advertising purpose only, they have plain shirts too, Ive seen old navy shirts really nice. i myself do hate any type of animals in any type of clothes.
