No. Absolutely not. Any reputable modeling agency knows the ethics of asking underage girls to send it racy pics of themselves. If any agency is very interested in you, they will not want you to be uncomfortable. Most the time, a "body pic" just means not of your face only. But you should be fully clothed if you choose to proceed. They probably should also be requesting your parents permission since you are not of age.

I think it’s a bad idea to do that through the internet. You should be at the agency. You never know what online stuff will do with your picture. Honestly it’s best to go to the agency. Don’t do it online. I believe that you are supposed to probabaly make a portfolio with professional pictures done.

its not necessary, that for modeling u have to send ur bikini pics only . If u r really think that ur beautiful, then u can send ur whole body pic with clothes on. But if u want to look like a bit sexy and types u can wear short skirts or short pant which can be half or more less than ur lenght of ur thighs and for top u can wear belly length strip-less top and one really short tight jacket. if ur hair is long u can also open it and as far as possible try to wear heels and a little acesorrie. may be u can also wear big glasses.and believe me u r going to hot even like this.and by the way i am a fashion desighner.
