Is it illigal to give a link to my enemy, claiming it’s got funny pictures or something, when it’s a virus?

I want to give this bully at school a link and say it has funny pictures, but in reality it gives the computer a virus that destroys his computer. Who would I get in trouble with and how deep? Also, if it’s legally ok, could anyone give me a link to a website that will crash a persons computer upon visit but not damage any others?
thanks for the help everyone! I’ll find something different to try… something I KNOW is legal. :D

Yes it is illegal to spread a virus and that would include offering the link knowing it’s a virus.

Perhaps you should spend a little more time trying to live the "Golden Rule" than thinking of ways to hurt other people. Karma i a real bitch.

Intentionally sending someone a virus is illegal and if caught you could be prosecuted for cyber-crimes.
