Hey most people have got these mini cartoons of themselves or other people with a background and stuff where do they get these pictures from?

For a cartoon, this way is fast, straight forward and easy. Go below, create your avatar and save. Then, click your current default avatar then click edit my preferences and you will see where to check use avatar.

Click on your current avatar then click edit my preferences to the right of your default avatar click update photo. Follow the prompts to upload it from your pc.

I saw a cartoon picture of what looked like an underage girl nude doing things with another underage girl on another site and it was acceptable. I was told the cartoon women were 100′s of years old. Then I asked a friend and she said it should be illegal. So I am trying to build an argument. Why should it be illegal.

It’s not illegal (in the US) nor should it be. They tried to outlaw it some time ago, but it was (quite rightly I say) struck down as an unconstitutional restriction of speech.

The little cartoon pictures people make of themselves for their display pictures..I want one! Ahah (‘:

Most people on Yahoo seem to have their own cartoon of their selves. I have been wondering how they do it…

1st – you click on "my activity"
2nd – under the sentence of the duration of your membership you can see "how other see me" and "edit my preferences" – click "edit my preferences"
3rd – then you will see "you will be seen as" and you’ll see "update photo or avatar" and "change name" – click the "update photo or avatar"
4th – click add photo then upload you photo which you wanna use
5th – choose which photo you wanna use and click use selected photo

Like the little cartoon people dressed in dinosaur costumes that say rawr means I live you in dinosaur over to te side. Because I just love those and I was wondering if there was like a website or something? Thanks for your help!!!(:

Misa Misa thinks that it started with a band called, "Nickasaur" then it sorta just went from then on.

Unless, of course, Nickasaur took the "Rawr means I love you in dinosaur" and used it for his album or something…

I’ve noticed that a lot of people have cartoon pictures on their yahoo accounts, that look like them. I was wondering where do you make or get those. Thanks.

To create a Yahoo Avatar click the link http://avatars.yahoo.com
After you are on the avatar page look up on the top right and click on (Preferences) then choose "Male or Female".

On the next page you will see a tool bar up at the top with some selections.
1 ►Click the [Appearance] tab to choose your skin color, your face and your eye and hair colors as well, just click on the colored boxes to the right of each image.

2 ►Click the [Apparel] tab. You can try on different outfits or choose a top and bottom, or just go with mix and match’em up, you can have a lot of fun with this.

3 ►Click the [Extras] tab and check out the different accessories, want sunglasses ~ಠಠ~ or maybe you want a fishing poll so you can catch the BIG ONE <º))))><

4 ►Click the [Backgrounds] tab, you can choose to be on the beach, in the snow, or if you like to party then choose a nightclub.

After you have looked through the categories and have created your avatar, then click (Save Changes). When you have done that then return to "My Activity" and click (Edit My Preferences). Under the new avatar click use (My Yahoo Avatar), then scroll and click (Submit).

If you have your profile set to private your avatar will not show on Yahoo Answers. If your Pulse is hidden you can "unhide" it by clicking this link http://pulse.yahoo.com/ and change your settings. Where it says Privacy click the blue link, then on the next page remove the check mark where it says Hide My Profile and be sure to click (Save) when you are finished.
